When I first started working from home, I thought creating a functional workspace would require spending a lot of money. Thankfully, I quickly learned that some of the most useful office accessories are also some of the most affordable.
You don’t need a fancy office setup to be productive. Sometimes a few small upgrades can make your workspace feel more organized, comfortable, and enjoyable.
Here are some of my favorite office accessories that can usually be found for under $25.
1. Desk Organizer
A desk organizer is one of the simplest ways to keep clutter under control. Having a place for pens, sticky notes, paper clips, and other supplies helps keep everything within reach and makes your workspace feel much cleaner.

2. Weekly Planner
As someone who writes everything down, a weekly planner is a must-have for me.
I like to plan my month ahead, then map out my week every Sunday, and finally create a daily plan each morning. Having everything written down helps me stay organized and keeps important tasks from slipping through the cracks.

3. Sticky Notes
Sometimes the simplest tools are the most useful.
I use sticky notes for reminders, quick to-do lists, grocery items I need to buy, and important tasks that I don’t want to forget. They help keep priorities front and center throughout the day.

4. A Good Coffee Mug
Okay, this one might not technically make you more productive, but it definitely makes the workday more enjoyable.
Whether you’re a coffee drinker, tea lover, or hot chocolate fan, having a favorite mug nearby can make your workspace feel a little more cozy and personal.

5. Desk Pad
A desk pad can instantly make your workspace look more polished while also protecting your desk surface.
Many desk pads also double as a comfortable writing surface, which is perfect if you’re constantly using planners and notebooks like I am.

6. Phone Stand
Instead of constantly searching for my phone or moving it around the desk, I like keeping it on a simple phone stand.
It keeps notifications visible when needed and helps reduce desk clutter.

And sometimes, all it takes is a few small accessories—and a good cup of coffee.
